Walk through the biotopes of peat bogs and fens 24/09/22
If we look up the etymology of the word biotope, we find that it comes from the Greek and literally means 'place of life'. On this walk we will discover as many as two: the Fontana Abisso marsh and the Casasola peat bog. These are rare environments where one finds a set of specific and special characteristics that cannot easily be reproduced elsewhere. Together with the Wild Routes guides, we will discover these places that seem to emerge from a distant past.
