After breakfast, departure by own means to the Golf Resort of Fagagna for a morning of wellness at the Spa. Lunch at the Golf Club restaurant. Before returning, guided tour of San Daniele del Friuli and visit to the historic Guarneriana Library and a tasting at the local chocolate shop. In the evening, departure by own means to Flaibano for dinner in a renowned local restaurant. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart by your own means to visit the Hospitale di San Giovanni in Majano. This splendid and rare building was founded at the end of the 12th century by the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem (later the Knights of Malta), during the period of the crusades, as shown in the original founding parchment, dated 1199. At the end, lunch in a restaurant to taste trout, a typical local dish. In the afternoon, a visit to Susans Castle, another marvellous building, with a short walk in the vicinity and then a stop at the stables for a tasting of their oil. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
