Guided tour to discover the flavours of Sauris to learn about the ageing and maturing of cheeses from our malghe. Visit to Sebastiano Crivellaro's cellar where cow's, goat's and sheep's milk cheeses are stored for a sensory experience combining cheese, medicinal plants and Zahre Beer must.
