Return to the village and buffet of herbal teas and sweets prepared by the skilful hands of the chef, followed by a course on safe processing and preservation methods and the toxicity of herbs. After breakfast, meet the guide and depart for a beautiful plateau surrounded by the Friulian mountains and forests for a Forest Bathing activity. Lunch in a typical farmhouse. In the early afternoon departure for Tolmezzo in the orchard area to visit, with a nature guide, one of the many apple and apple juice production activities. In Friuli there are more than 1,000 different varieties of apples, including ancient apples.
