Embark on an adventure tour on a quad bike that will take you from Buttrio to the Mount Bernadia Fort! The route covers about 95 km with a journey time of 6 hours and consists of 60% dirt road and 40% asphalt.
You will cross fields and hills dotted with vineyards as far as Nimis, where the climb towards the Fortino del Monte Bernadia, an imposing building dating back to the early 1900s and part of the defence system of the Medio Tagliamento, begins.From here you will be able to admire the splendid panorama over the Friulian plain and the Julian Pre-Alps. During the route there will be a stop for lunch at the "I Comelli" holiday farm in Nimis (Saturdays only). Lunch is not included in the price and will be paid directly at the restaurant. You can choose between two options: 12€ for one course (a first or a second course, drink, glass of wine and coffee) or 20€ for two courses (a first and a second course, drink, glass of wine and coffee) to be paid directly on site.
To do this tour you need to have experience with motorbikes and have already done at least one of the other quad bike tours we offer. Tour preparation On arrival at the meeting point, meet your guide and find all your equipment and quads ready to go. After an initial briefing on driving and the safety of these vehicles, you'll take a few practice runs in the designated area to familiarise yourself with them.
It will only take a few minutes to get the hang of the main manoeuvres and then you'll be ready to go on your trip!
Who can drive a Quad?
Anyone with a B driving licence may drive a Quad. Only people of legal age may drive and are allowed to carry passengers.
Please bring your valid driving licence on the day of the excursion.
