The living area has large windows that illuminate the entire living room, which is divided into a sitting room with TV and sofas, one of which is double for 2 persons, and a dining room. From here you have access to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher. Next to the living area is a bathroom with a small wardrobe and a washing machine. The sleeping area is introduced by a large hallway separating the 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double with an additional single bed, 1 double with en-suite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a French bed ideal for an adult or two children. Two independent shower rooms complete the sleeping area. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. The nearest beaches are those of Lido Pizzo, about 5 kilometres away, and Punta della Suina, about 7 kilometres away. The centre of Torre Suda is 200 metres from the villa. Nearby, just 50 metres away, is Lido Mahja with services such as a bar, restaurant and beach. With the same services, 100 metres away, there is also the Solatio beach, also open at night.
