Way of St Christopher - Foothills Route 19-27 September 2025

Caneva

We are ready to experience together the third edition of an event that celebrates our Path in the most natural way: by walking. For eight days we will cross the Percorso Pedemontano, step by step, each time being surprised by the magic of Friuli, where the plain meets the Carnic Pre-Alps. An itinerary that intertwines nature and culture, among picturesque villages, silent forests, winding hills and stories that resurface at every stop. This walk is an open invitation to walkers, pilgrims, the curious and lovers of authenticity: those seeking the most sincere Friuli, far from the routes of mass tourism, close instead to its people, its traditions, the land and waters that shape it. It will be a shared walking experience, light and accessible to all, accompanied by special travelling companions: nature guides, writers, bloggers and custodians of the territory who will enrich the route with stories, reflections and chats along the way. Because a journey can be experienced alone, but together it becomes an even greater opportunity for growth and discovery.
